Employee Wellbeing

According to MIND and the ONS, stress is the number one cause of workplace absence. Even if the workplace in not the cause of this, stress can have a serious affect on an employee's reliability and  productivity and will affect relationships with colleagues.  For individual distress, you might consider short courses of employee counselling using psychotherapeutic counselling or CBT.

Workplace Change

In these tough times changes in the workplace can be inevitable. Some individuals may be lost to the organization while others may be forced to change their duties, which can lead to serious demotivation if the team dynamics are not addressed. Individuals faced with redundancy might be helped with counselling but the team that remains could benefit from Employee Wellbeing Workshops.  These provide a safe space in which groups can explore the impact of change on feelings within the team.
