About Inner Calm

Inner Calm was founded by Pam Spicer over 15 years ago to offer message therapy, visualisation, Reiki and Indian Head Massage. In 2010, David Spicer adopted Inner Calm as a a brand for his counselling practice. 

Appointments

Face-to-face appointments are available in Banham, South Norfolk, or in Central Norwich.

Fees

Our fees reflect your ability to pay and are nominally £40.00 for a full hour. However, we do try to make some discounted sessions available for those less well off as well as flexible session patterns to make it more affordable. Feel free to email us on enquiries@innercalm.co.uk.
