workshops designed as an affordable and effective way to help overcome the effects of stress and
anxiety.

Our
workshops are offered for small groups with an emphasis on self
exploration with honesty and kindness. It is in this spirit that you are
encouraged to examine some of the pressures you face that make
you feel trapped and explore ways to regulate your feelings. Learn
relaxation techniques that you can take away with you and use for the
rest of your life.
