I started working as a healer some 25 years ago after I had witnessed the effects of healing on my son who at the time was being treated for cancer. I remain convinced that it had a beneficial effect on him and helped him survive the gruelling medical treatment that he needed to go through to be cured. Just as importantly, it gave him peace allowing his body and soul to heal and was beneficial to his emotional wellbeing.
Since that time I trained as a massage therapist and then as a hypnotherapist and am qualified Reiki, and relaxation therapist and mindfulness trainer.

My passion is to support people to find their inner strength. This can become buried deep inside us when we find ourselves believing our own negative messages or those from other people. Very often all that we need to bring about change is already within us.
Our stress and anxiety is not always caused by a catastrophic event, but can be a built up over time, sometimes over many years. Anxiety can be crippling for some, by learning to manage your anxiety it can truly set you free.
I have overcome many of life's challenges, and survived, although at the time I never believed that I would. My own personal experience drives me on to demonstrate to people that sometimes all we need is a helping hand and a change of mindset.
My work ethic is treating people with gentleness, understanding and compassion using a non-judgmental approach. I have worked with vulnerable people for many years and
bring many years of experience to my therapy, and have undergone continuous training and personal development. I have taken what I consider the best elements from experienced people and adapted their knowledge to form my own practice.
