Pure Relaxation Workshops

Relaxation is not something that you do, it is a natural response that you allow to happen


Pure Relaxation workshops give you the opportunity to take time to get back in touch with your soul. With busy hectic lives, it is easy to lose sight of the mind-body connections which rule our physical and emotional health, often resulting in stress. tension, lack of sleep and relationship difficulties.  


These no-gimmick short workshops will allow you to take time out by setting aside 2 hours in your busy week and you can attend as many or as few workshops as you wish as each one will be slightly different.


You will not so much learn how, but rediscover what you instinctively knew as a child


The workshops will cover:

  • How to become still and grounded using your breath
  • Relaxation and meditation techniques to practice every day
  • Guided visualisation
  • Self compassion and kindness
  • How to awaken your self awareness
  • Gentle self massage
